Church Unity

When you are saved, you become a member of the Church. The two are inseparable—one cannot exist without the other.

The common gospel message we hear today often focuses on personal salvation, but this can sometimes miss the full scope of the gospel. From the very beginning, God’s plan was always to save "a people" for Himself, not just individuals. Unfortunately, many believers treat the Church as optional or secondary in their walk with God. But nothing could be further from the truth. God's design for us is to be connected in life and love with one another, within the body of Christ.

A common phrase in evangelical circles is, “God intended for us to do life together.” But what does it really mean to "do life together"? Is it simply about spending an extra hour on Sunday with people in a life group? Or is it something deeper, more intentional, and transformative than that?

This blog offers practical advice, biblical teachings, and real-world examples of how churches can come together in unity. Here’s a glimpse of the topics we cover:

  1. Biblical Teachings on Unity: What does the Bible say about church unity, and why is it so important?

  2. Overcoming Division: How to deal with disagreements, doctrinal differences, and personal conflicts in the church.

  3. Building a Unified Church Culture: Creating an atmosphere of unity in your congregation through leadership, communication, and service.

  4. Unity in Diversity: Embracing different backgrounds, traditions, and cultures in the body of Christ.

  5. Unity in Mission: How a unified church can be more effective in outreach, missions, and local community service.
